Working for CYES has been an amazing learning experience these past two years. Coming back to work for CYES for a third year has been another chance for me to sharpen my skills, gain new ones, and to continue to lead my Energy Specialists as a leader in and out of a workplace environment.
Every year that I’ve worked for CYES has always been different, which makes working for CYES exciting every year and keeps me wanting to come back every year. This year is definitely going to be different than last year because of the new Energy Specialists, new obstacles, and the new goals that we have set for our site.
I expect there to be challenges throughout the summer in ways that will help me improve my skills, and help my new Energy Specialists overcome obstacles that they might face in life. Hopefully, this year not only will I have new coworkers but build some long lasting friendships.
